4.4 Account Security

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by hm555 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is communicated. Where specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and any maximum withdrawal cap associated with a bonus are specified in the offer terms. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hm555 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sporting events.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

hm555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where hm555 reasonably suspects that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where account suspension is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction. In the event of suspension, any real-money balance held on the account (net of any bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or investigation process.

12.2 Closure by the User
